Responsibilities
- Research & Development: Spearhead the design and implementation of novel neural network architectures aimed at achieving AGI readiness by 2026.
- Model Optimization: Develop techniques to improve model efficiency, reduce inference costs, and enhance throughput for real-time applications.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior researchers and engineers, conducting code reviews, and establishing best practices for reproducible research.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex research findings into deployable software solutions.
- Publication: Author high-impact papers for top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) and contribute to open-source communities.
- Predictive Modeling: Build robust systems capable of anticipating market trends and user behavior shifts up to 2026.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 5+ years of industry experience in AI/ML research, preferably within a top-tier tech firm or research lab.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; deep understanding of Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Innovation: A proven track record of publishing novel research and inventing new algorithms.
- Problem Solving: Ability to tackle ambiguous problems and devise creative solutions for complex challenges.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
