Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Lead the architectural vision for next-generation Generative AI models and autonomous agents.
- Research & Development: Design and implement cutting-edge neural network architectures to solve complex, unsolved problems in natural language processing and computer vision.
- Model Optimization: Optimize large-scale model inference for speed, accuracy, and energy efficiency using distributed computing frameworks.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce rigorous safety protocols and bias mitigation strategies to ensure responsible AI deployment.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of talented engineers and researchers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical research into actionable strategies for product and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Artificial Intelligence research.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Deep understanding of Transformer models (BERT, GPT, LLaMA).
- Infrastructure: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed training techniques.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and derive innovative solutions in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas to diverse audiences.
