Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Design: Spearhead the development of next-generation LLM frameworks and Multi-Agent Systems designed for 2026 scalability and efficiency.
- Research & Innovation: Conduct cutting-edge research in Reinforcement Learning, Federated Learning, and Neural Symbolic AI to push the boundaries of current AI capabilities.
- Optimization Engineering: Design and implement high-performance inference pipelines capable of handling real-time, massive-scale data streams.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Collaborate with our ethics board to integrate robust guardrails and fairness constraints into core product pipelines.
- Tech Leadership: Mentor junior researchers and define the technical roadmap for the AI division, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering, with a focus on applied research.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern GPU acceleration techniques (CUDA).
- Publications: A proven track record of publishing research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects from conception through to production deployment.
