Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models and deep learning architectures.
- Conduct research to improve model accuracy, efficiency, and scalability in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, product managers, and designers to integrate AI solutions into user-facing products.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stay abreast of the latest academic papers and industry trends to implement novel techniques.
- Optimize existing models for reduced latency and lower inference costs.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or natural language processing.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, TensorFlow Serving) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Proven track record of publishing research papers in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
