Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning models for large-scale applications.
- Research novel techniques in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Optimize model inference speed and accuracy to handle real-time data streams.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to translate research into scalable products.
- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends, including Transformer architectures and federated learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering and research.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of machine learning fundamentals, including statistical analysis and probability.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed computing frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
