Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic technical vision for AI integration and Quantum infrastructure targeting the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead the architecture and development of scalable machine learning models and quantum algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Research, Security) to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI models (LLMs, Diffusion) and Quantum hardware/software ecosystems.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and delivering complex systems on time.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP).
- Experience with large-scale data processing and real-time analytics.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
