Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI and quantum computing architectures for enterprise-level applications.
- Lead the R&D team in developing novel algorithms for neural network optimization and quantum error correction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into legacy systems seamlessly.
- Define technical roadmaps and best practices for machine learning infrastructure.
- Ensure system security, data privacy, and ethical AI compliance across all deployments.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and data scientists.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Physics, or a related field (or equivalent extensive experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture or Quantum Computing.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and edge computing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
