Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Solutions: Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical algorithms and neural network architectures optimized for the 2026 computing era.
- Research Leadership: Lead internal research initiatives to explore the intersection of AI, quantum mechanics, and edge computing.
- System Integration: Oversee the integration of quantum processors with classical cloud infrastructure to enhance model performance and scalability.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Roadmap Planning: Collaborate with product management to define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with long-term strategic goals.

Qualifications
- Education: PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years specifically focused on quantum computing or advanced AI architectures.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow/PyTorch; familiarity with quantum programming frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane.
- Architecture: Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and high-performance computing environments.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex mathematical and algorithmic problems under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
