Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable AI infrastructures that integrate classical machine learning with quantum computing paradigms for the 2026 ecosystem.
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead the development of novel neural architecture search (NAS) algorithms and quantum error correction protocols.
- Optimize Performance: Drive performance engineering to reduce latency and improve inference speeds in high-dimensional data environments.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce guidelines for AI safety, transparency, and bias mitigation in autonomous systems.
- Collaborate with Visionaries: Partner with cross-functional teams of physicists, data scientists, and product managers to translate scientific concepts into deployable software.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum.
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or quantum computing research.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum programming frameworks such as Qiskit or Cirq.
- System Design: Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
