We are looking for a visionary Senior AI & Quantum Systems Architect to lead our breakthrough technology roadmap for 2026. Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable architectures for next-generation AI models integrated with quantum computing environments.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers to deliver the 2026 product roadmap.
- Optimize neural network performance on non-traditional hardware architectures.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and deployment in high-stakes environments.
- Conduct deep-dive technical analysis to identify bottlenecks in existing systems.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep understanding of Quantum Computing concepts (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar frameworks).
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
