Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable AI and quantum computing frameworks capable of processing petabyte-scale datasets.
- Lead the research and implementation of hybrid algorithms that combine neural networks with quantum mechanics.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure all systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines and data privacy standards for future-proof compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps and technical strategies for 2026 and beyond.

Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust, with experience in quantum programming languages (e.g., Q# or Qiskit).
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Track record of publishing research papers or leading high-impact technical projects.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
