Responsibilities
- Architect Solutions: Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical algorithms optimized for near-term quantum hardware (NISQ) and cloud-based AI infrastructure.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a team of brilliant engineers in exploring novel architectures for autonomous AI agents and deep reinforcement learning.
- System Optimization: Oversee the end-to-end optimization of data pipelines, ensuring low-latency processing and high-throughput model training.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for integrating quantum computing capabilities into existing enterprise software ecosystems.
- Prototyping: Build rapid prototypes to validate theoretical models before scaling them to production environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Computational Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust; strong knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Qiskit or similar quantum SDKs.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, non-trivial engineering problems and optimize systems for performance and scalability.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
