In this role, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence and next-generation Quantum Computing. You will design scalable, fault-tolerant systems that prepare our infrastructure for the realities of 2026 and beyond.

Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and implement high-level system architecture for hybrid AI-Quantum computing environments.
- Algorithm Development: Create proprietary algorithms that optimize data processing for future-proof neural networks.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of engineers, data scientists, and researchers.
- Future-Proofing: Assess emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic computing, AGI) and integrate viable concepts into the roadmap.
- Security & Ethics: Implement robust security protocols and ethical guidelines for autonomous AI systems.
- Prototyping: Build and test proof-of-concept prototypes for quantum logic gates and AI inference engines.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages (e.g., Q#). Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to foresee industry trends and adapt technical strategies accordingly.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
