Job Description
Are you ready to architect the intelligence of tomorrow? Nexus Horizon Labs is seeking a visionary Senior AI & Quantum Systems Architect to spearhead the development of next-generation Agentic AI systems for 2026 and beyond. We are standing on the precipice of the Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) revolution, and you will be at the helm of designing the neural infrastructure that powers it.
In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical quantum mechanics and practical machine learning applications. You will build scalable, self-learning systems that operate in complex, unstructured environments. If you are passionate about pushing the boundaries of what is computationally possible and want to define the standards for the future of technology, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Neural Networks: Design and implement deep learning architectures capable of handling massive datasets and real-time decision-making for autonomous systems.
- Quantum Integration: Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms to solve optimization problems that are currently intractable for classical computers.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment and scaling of AI models across distributed cloud and edge computing environments to ensure zero-latency performance.
- Research Leadership: Lead a team of elite researchers and engineers in exploring novel approaches in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for bias mitigation and safety protocols to ensure AI systems remain transparent and aligned with human values.
- Technical Strategy: Define the long-term technical roadmap for the AI division, aligning research goals with commercial product requirements.
Qualifications
- Advanced Education: PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field (or equivalent extensive industry experience).
- Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Quantum Knowledge: Demonstrated experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) or working knowledge of quantum algorithms.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing scalable microservices and high-availability cloud infrastructure.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for diverse stakeholders.
