Job Description
At Nexus Horizon Labs, we are not just predicting the future; we are engineering it. As we approach the technological singularity of 2026, we are seeking a visionary Senior AI & Quantum Integration Engineer to bridge the gap between classical machine learning and the quantum revolution. This is a rare opportunity to lead the development of next-generation systems that redefine what is computationally possible.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of the 'Quantum Advantage' era, designing architectures that leverage quantum processing units (QPUs) to solve complex optimization problems in real-time. If you are passionate about pushing the boundaries of hardware-software integration and want to build the infrastructure of tomorrow, apply today.
Why Join Us?
- Work on projects that define the industry standard for 2026 and beyond.
- Competitive compensation package with equity options.
- Top-tier equipment and access to the latest quantum hardware.
Responsibilities
- Architecting Hybrid Systems: Design and implement seamless integration layers between classical AI models and emerging quantum hardware architectures.
- Algorithm Research: Develop and optimize novel quantum algorithms for applications in logistics, finance, and generative AI.
- Technical Leadership: Guide a team of junior engineers and researchers in best practices for quantum software development and error mitigation.
- Performance Tuning: Analyze and optimize data pipelines to maximize throughput on both classical and quantum processors.
- Prototyping: Rapidly build and validate Proof of Concepts (PoCs) using Python, C++, and quantum SDKs (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.).
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex quantum concepts into actionable technical strategies for executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Information Science.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and at least one major quantum computing SDK (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane).
- Experience: Proven track record of integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) with specialized hardware environments.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, multi-variable problems where traditional silicon computing falls short.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate technical roadmaps to non-technical stakeholders.
