Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the long-term technology strategy for AI and quantum integration, ensuring alignment with the 2026 vision.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee experimental research projects involving quantum algorithms and advanced machine learning models.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive leadership and investors.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, with a strong focus on quantum computing or advanced predictive modeling.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, or quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale R&D projects.
