Responsibilities
- Define and execute the high-level architecture for the Project 2026 ecosystem, ensuring scalability and resilience.
- Lead the integration of classical machine learning models with emerging quantum algorithms.
- Design secure, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling exabyte-scale data streams.
- Mentor a team of elite software engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable engineering roadmaps.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to maintain code quality standards.
- Pioneer new approaches in agent-based AI and decentralized verification protocols.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years focused on AI, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems at scale.
- Deep understanding of quantum computing concepts (Qiskit, Cirq) or advanced neural network architectures (Transformers, GNNs).
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust.
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing engineering teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and highly innovative environment.
