We are looking for a visionary Senior AI & Quantum Architect to lead our R&D division, bridging the gap between advanced machine learning and next-generation quantum computing systems.
In this role, you will define the technical roadmap for our flagship product, ensuring our systems are not only scalable and secure but also future-proof against the rapid evolution of AI.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy cutting-edge AI models integrating classical and quantum computing paradigms.
- Architect high-throughput data pipelines to support real-time neural network training.
- Lead a team of elite engineers in researching novel algorithms for autonomous systems.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into viable technical specifications.
- Mentor junior staff and establish best practices for AI safety and ethics.
- Optimize system latency and computational efficiency across distributed cloud environments.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering or AI Architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Qiskit.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and microservices.
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
