Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy next-generation neural networks optimized for post-silicon computing environments.
- Lead the integration of quantum algorithms into existing cloud infrastructure to solve complex optimization problems.
- Define the technical roadmap for AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making by 2026.
- Mentor a team of brilliant engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into cutting-edge technical solutions.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and efficiency across distributed networks.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep understanding of quantum computing concepts (Qubits, Superposition, Entanglement) and their application to AI.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust.
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, experimental environment.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
