Responsibilities
- Lead R&D: Spearhead research into quantum algorithms and their integration with deep learning frameworks.
- System Design: Architect scalable AI systems capable of processing petabyte-scale data streams in real-time.
- Optimization: Develop neuromorphic hardware interfaces to reduce energy consumption in autonomous agents.
- Prototyping: Build and validate proof-of-concept models for future 2026 tech standards.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI safety and ethics.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers to translate technical capabilities into user-facing features.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI development, machine learning, or quantum computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust. Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Qiskit is required.
- Hardware Knowledge: Familiarity with edge computing devices and neuromorphic chip architecture.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to tackle complex, undefined technical problems with innovative solutions.
