Your Mission
As a Senior Architect, you will bridge the gap between theoretical quantum mechanics and practical machine learning applications. You will ensure our systems are not only efficient but scalable for the demands of 2026.
Responsibilities
- Design & Implementation: Architect scalable neural network architectures and quantum algorithms optimized for complex data processing tasks.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives to explore new frontiers in AI, focusing on ethical AI and explainable machine learning (XAI).
- System Optimization: Refine existing infrastructure to reduce latency and improve computational efficiency in high-volume environments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to integrate advanced AI models into production applications.
- Strategic Planning: Define technical roadmaps for AI adoption, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term vision for 2026.
- Mentorship: Guide junior architects and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum Mechanics.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in AI/ML or Quantum Computing roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Qiskit (or similar quantum frameworks).
- Architecture: Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex, large-scale technical problems.
- Communication: Excellent ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
