Responsibilities
- Define and Execute the Product Vision: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for our flagship AI modules, specifically targeting the strategic goals set for 2026.
- Roadmap Strategy: Collaborate with engineering, design, and executive leadership to prioritize features that maximize user impact and business value.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize advanced analytics and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and optimize conversion funnels for our SaaS platform.
- Technical Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements for engineering teams while mentoring junior PMs.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive competitive analysis to identify emerging trends in the AI sector and adapt our roadmap accordingly.
- User Experience Advocacy: Partner with UX researchers to ensure our AI tools are intuitive, accessible, and delightful for enterprise users.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically within the AI, Machine Learning, or Fintech sectors.
- Technical Background: Strong understanding of NLP, LLMs, and MLOps practices.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of launching successful B2B products in a high-growth environment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to diverse stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Agile Mastery: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
