Responsibilities
- Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for AI capabilities, specifically targeting 2026 market readiness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Data Science) to define, build, and launch high-impact AI features.
- Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to identify trends in Generative AI and Large Language Models.
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation and prototyping to deployment and iteration, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Lead stakeholder management, translating technical requirements into business value for executives and investors.
- Oversee the product roadmap, prioritizing features that maximize user engagement and business growth.
- Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of innovation within the team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with a specific focus on Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning products.
- Strong technical background with a deep understanding of LLMs, NLP, and AI model lifecycles.
- Proven track record of launching successful SaaS products in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets to drive product decisions.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools.
