Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Spearhead the research and development of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and transformer architectures.
- Design and optimize scalable inference pipelines to handle millions of daily requests with sub-millisecond latency.
- Implement robust data pipelines for training, validation, and testing using modern MLOps frameworks.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Ensure the ethical deployment of AI, focusing on bias mitigation and transparency.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field (5+ years of experience required).
- Extensive experience with Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, including deep knowledge of CUDA.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade machine learning systems.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus) and RAG architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
