We are seeking a visionary Senior AI/ML Engineer to pioneer the next generation of artificial intelligence at Nexus Future Systems. As a leader in the tech industry, we are building the infrastructure for Agentic AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) that will define the landscape of 2026 and beyond.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge research and production-grade software. You will work alongside world-class data scientists and engineers to optimize model performance, reduce inference latency, and ensure ethical AI deployment at scale.
Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art Generative AI models using transformer architectures and diffusion models.
- Infrastructure Optimization: Engineer high-performance inference pipelines and MLOps workflows to support real-time applications.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve in emerging AI trends (e.g., Multimodal AI, Autonomous Agents) and prototype novel solutions.
- Collaboration: Partner with product teams to translate complex technical requirements into scalable AI features.
- RAG Implementation: Build robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems to enhance model accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
Qualifications
- Education: M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, with specific expertise in deep learning frameworks.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL.
- LLM Expertise: Strong understanding of LLM architectures, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, PEFT).
- Software Engineering: Experience with containerization (Docker), cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and CI/CD pipelines.
