Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models and algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Engineering) to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Optimize existing ML pipelines for scalability, speed, and cost-efficiency.
- Research and implement novel techniques in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and apply them to real-world problems.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a focus on Machine Learning.
- Deep expertise in Python and major ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of NLP concepts, including transformers, BERT, GPT architectures, and RAG pipelines.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade ML applications.
