Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models and neural networks optimized for high-performance computing environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate research into production-ready applications.
- Research and implement novel algorithms to improve model accuracy, latency, and efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Optimize existing codebases and infrastructure to ensure robust scalability and security.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, computer vision, and natural language processing to integrate them into our product roadmap.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or artificial intelligence engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of MLOps, model versioning, and deployment pipelines.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences or delivering high-impact commercial products.
