Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines and large language models (LLMs).
- Lead research initiatives in multimodal AI, reinforcement learning, and autonomous agents.
- Optimize model inference latency and accuracy for high-volume real-time applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to integrate advanced AI into core platforms.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model monitoring, and ethical AI usage.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering with Python.
- Expert proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying and scaling ML models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
