Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy production-level AI/ML systems leveraging 2026's emerging technologies
- Lead development of hybrid quantum-classical machine learning frameworks
- Design neuromorphic computing solutions for real-time edge processing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define 2026 technology roadmaps
- Optimize AI models for next-gen hardware (photonic processors, memristor arrays)
- Mentor junior engineers and publish research in top-tier AI journals
- Drive ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/AI with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed ML frameworks
- Published research in quantum ML or neuromorphic computing (preferred)
- Proven experience deploying AI systems at scale (>10M users)
- Strong background in reinforcement learning and generative adversarial networks
- Familiarity with photonic computing and neuromorphic hardware architectures
- Certified in quantum computing fundamentals (IBM Qiskit or equivalent)
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative AI solutions for complex problems
