Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary AI models tailored for enterprise scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate 2026 strategic roadmaps into technical reality.
- Optimize model performance, reduce latency, and enhance inference accuracy in production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical AI standards in all system deployments.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering and deep learning frameworks.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL.
- Proven track record of deploying production-ready models at scale.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with MLOps tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, and MLflow.
