Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable ML pipelines for real-time data processing at petabyte scale
- Lead research in quantum-enhanced neural architectures for 2026-era applications

- Mentor junior engineers in advanced ML techniques and responsible AI practices

Qualifications
- 8+ years in AI/ML development with 3+ years in senior roles
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed training frameworks
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/AI with focus on quantum computing or ethics
- Proven experience deploying ML models at scale in production environments
- Strong background in reinforcement learning and multi-agent systems
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Deep understanding of AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
