In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade deployment. You will work with a world-class team of researchers and engineers to build scalable, fault-tolerant AI systems capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for large-scale data processing and model training.
- Research and prototype cutting-edge algorithms to advance our roadmap for 2026.
- Optimize existing models for inference speed, latency, and resource efficiency on cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Ensure data security, privacy compliance, and ethical AI practices in all deployed models.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or applied AI research.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), transformers, and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Experience with distributed training frameworks (Ray, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, experimental environment.
