Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines designed to meet the rigorous demands of 2026 enterprise standards.
- Pioneer research in Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI to enhance our core product capabilities.
- Optimize model inference speed and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical roadmap requirements into production-ready software.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and data privacy within the engineering organization.
- Stay ahead of the curve by analyzing emerging AI trends and technologies relevant to the 2026 timeline.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years focusing on Generative AI or Deep Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Demonstrated experience deploying models to cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
