Job Description
Are you ready to define the technological landscape of 2026? Nexus Future Labs is seeking a visionary Senior AI/ML Engineer to spearhead our next-generation Generative AI initiatives. We are not just building models; we are architecting the autonomous agents that will redefine human-computer interaction.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade deployment, ensuring our AI solutions are scalable, ethical, and transformative.
Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement robust Machine Learning pipelines focused on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Autonomous Agents.
- Optimize Inference: Reduce latency and cost while maximizing performance using techniques like quantization, pruning, and model distillation.
- RAG & Vector Database Management: Engineer Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems to enhance accuracy and context awareness.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Implement safety guardrails and bias mitigation strategies to ensure responsible AI deployment.
- Production Deployment: Manage the full ML lifecycle from experimentation to MLOps deployment on cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Trend Forecasting: Stay ahead of 2026 technology trends, evaluating new architectures and frameworks to keep our stack cutting-edge.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Deep Learning.
- Programming: Expert-level proficiency in Python and C++.
- Frameworks: Deep familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- LLM Expertise: Proven track record working with GPT-4, Llama 3, or similar foundation models.
- Tools: Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) and Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate).
- Communication: Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
