Responsibilities
- Design and deploy cutting-edge machine learning models, focusing on LLMs and Generative AI architectures.
- Optimize neural network inference and training pipelines for high-performance edge computing environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Establish MLOps best practices, including automated CI/CD for model deployment and monitoring.
- Research and implement novel algorithms to solve complex, ambiguous business problems.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior data scientists and engineers.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or applied research.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of fine-tuning and deploying large-scale transformer models.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
