Responsibilities
- Architect & Optimize: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and deep learning architectures using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Model Development: Spearhead the research and fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative adversarial networks (GANs).
- Data Strategy: Lead data ingestion, cleaning, and feature engineering processes to ensure high-quality model training.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Ethical AI: Ensure all AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines, bias mitigation standards, and data privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA).
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, specifically with NLP or Computer Vision.
- Algorithms: Strong understanding of statistical analysis, optimization algorithms, and neural network theory.
- Cloud: Experience deploying models on AWS, GCP, or Azure using containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
