Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and AI-driven features.
- Lead the architecture of our data pipelines, ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Optimize model performance and conduct rigorous testing to ensure production readiness.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in NLP, Computer Vision, or LLMs.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
