Responsibilities
- Architect ML Solutions: Design and implement scalable machine learning architectures designed to meet the rigorous demands of the 2026 landscape.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize large-scale models (LSTMs, Transformers) for production environments, focusing on latency and throughput.
- Data Pipelines: Build robust data ingestion and processing pipelines using modern cloud-native technologies.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of industry trends in Generative AI and apply novel research to improve our product offerings.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Frameworks: Strong understanding of Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar ecosystem tools.
- Deployment: Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and model serving (Triton, TensorRT).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems with creative technical solutions.
