Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models in production environments.
- Optimize neural network architectures for latency, throughput, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, Engineering) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct research into emerging AI methodologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure maintainability.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Deep Learning engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning and deployment is highly preferred.
