Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models and deep neural networks using Python and modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Optimize inference pipelines and reduce latency for real-time applications serving millions of users.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and model evaluation to drive continuous improvement in accuracy and efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of software engineering and data hygiene.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning to integrate novel techniques.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI practices are embedded in every layer of the infrastructure.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and SQL.
- Deep experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying scalable models to production environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG architectures, and vector databases.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
