Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design and train complex deep learning models using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow to solve real-world business problems.
- System Architecture: Architect scalable ML pipelines and infrastructure to support high-volume data processing and inference.
- Research & Optimization: Stay ahead of industry trends (including 2026 AI trajectories) to implement state-of-the-art algorithms and optimize model performance.
- MLOps Implementation: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for machine learning, ensuring reproducibility and reliability in production environments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and software engineers to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into our software ecosystem.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards across the team.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with major cloud providers (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Frameworks: Strong command of PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and derive data-driven solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical presentations.
