Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines and large language models (LLMs).
- Optimize model inference for low-latency, high-throughput production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Implement robust MLOps strategies to ensure model monitoring, versioning, and retraining workflows.
- Conduct research on cutting-edge algorithms to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
- Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures (Transformers, RNNs, CNNs) and MLOps practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
