What You Will Do:
We are looking for a leader who is passionate about pushing the boundaries of what is possible with Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and Multi-modal systems. You will work closely with our product and data science teams to deploy next-generation AI agents that solve high-impact business problems.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines for training and serving high-performance AI models.
- Optimize model inference latency and cost-efficiency using advanced techniques (quantization, pruning, distillation).
- Architect and maintain MLOps infrastructure on AWS/GCP to ensure seamless CI/CD for AI models.
- Research and prototype novel algorithms in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance in all AI deployments.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI development.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, Deep Learning, or Machine Learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Extensive experience with LLMs, Hugging Face, LangChain, and RAG architectures.
- Experience with distributed systems, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud services (AWS/GCP).
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven track record of delivering production-ready machine learning systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
