Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning infrastructure capable of processing petabytes of data.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary generative models and large language models (LLMs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into real-world products.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and compliance with global data privacy regulations.
- Optimize model performance for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on deep learning.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and major ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- Strong understanding of distributed computing systems and cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying production-level machine learning models.
- Experience with reinforcement learning and multi-agent systems is highly desirable.
