Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Lead the architectural design of scalable, high-performance AI/ML systems and data pipelines.
- Model Development: Spearhead the development and optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI solutions.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Production Deployment: Oversee the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from research to production deployment on cloud infrastructure.
- Strategic Innovation: Identify emerging trends in AI to integrate innovative solutions that provide a competitive edge.
- Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in designing and implementing large-scale machine learning systems.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools.
- AI Expertise: Proven track record of implementing LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and NLP solutions in production environments.
- Cloud Proficiency: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
