Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and infrastructure using cloud-native technologies (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Model Optimization: Enhance model inference speed and accuracy through advanced optimization techniques, quantization, and hardware acceleration.
- Research & Development: Explore cutting-edge research in Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision to stay ahead of industry trends for 2026.
- Collaboration: Partner with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI models into production applications seamlessly.
- MLOps: Establish robust monitoring, logging, and automated retraining pipelines to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI capabilities, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong experience deploying and managing models on AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
- Communication: Excellent ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for stakeholders.
