Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and data infrastructure optimized for the demands of 2026.
- Lead AI Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for our AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and innovation trends.
- Model Development: Develop and fine-tune state-of-the-art deep learning models using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Research & Innovation: Conduct in-depth research to explore new methodologies in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to drive product success.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in building and deploying ML models in production environments.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, SQL, and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
- Big Data: Experience with distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
