Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Senior AI & Machine Learning Engineer to join our elite R&D division. In this role, you will work at the intersection of deep learning, natural language processing, and large-scale distributed systems. You will have the autonomy to define technical strategies and mentor a team of top-tier engineers pushing the boundaries of what is possible.
Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design and implement scalable, production-ready AI models with a focus on inference optimization and low-latency response times.
- Model Development: Lead the research and fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance domain-specific capabilities.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for 2026, incorporating emerging trends in AGI and reinforcement learning.
- System Optimization: Oversee MLOps pipelines to ensure continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring of model performance.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Ethical AI: Establish and enforce safety guidelines and bias mitigation strategies within AI systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL.
- Infrastructure: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Innovation: Proven track record of delivering innovative solutions in fast-paced environments.
