Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design and implement scalable machine learning infrastructure capable of handling petabytes of data in real-time.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize state-of-the-art models (e.g., Transformers, Diffusion) for production environments, focusing on latency and accuracy.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct research on novel algorithms to solve ambiguous problems in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of deploying models to production.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and MLOps pipelines.
- Problem Solving: Ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems and demonstrate strong analytical thinking.
