Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, scalable machine learning pipelines and infrastructure using modern cloud-native technologies.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal architectures.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex AI concepts into actionable business solutions.
- Ensure data governance, security, and ethical AI compliance in all model deployments.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends, including reinforcement learning and neural architecture search.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade models at scale.
- Deep understanding of NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
